Terms of Service

What Tryora is

Tryora generates AI virtual try-on previews: a shopper uploads a photo of themselves plus a product image and receives a generated image of themselves wearing the product. Sellers subscribe to offer this to their Etsy buyers. Results are visual previews only — not sizing, fit, or purchase advice, and the generated image may differ from how the physical product actually looks and fits.

Acceptable use

You agree to upload only photos of yourself or of an adult who gave you permission; never photos of minors. Product images you upload must be ones you're allowed to use for a personal, non-commercial preview. Don't use Tryora to create misleading, harmful, or infringing content, and don't attempt to bypass usage limits. We may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Seller subscriptions

Plans start with a free trial (no card required) and continue at the listed monthly price per shop, billed by our merchant of record (e.g., Paddle), who handles payment, tax, and invoices. Cancel anytime — your try-on pages stay active until the end of the paid period. When a subscription lapses, buyer pages pause; your data remains and reactivates when you resume. Sellers using their own Gemini API key are responsible for their Google API costs and for complying with Google's terms; Tryora provides caps and limits as tools, not guarantees, for controlling that spend.

Etsy

Tryora is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc. All purchases of sellers' products happen on Etsy. Sellers are responsible for following Etsy's policies for their shop, including disclosing AI-generated imagery on listings where Etsy requires it.

Service quality

AI generation is probabilistic: occasional results will look wrong, and generations can fail (failed generations return the credit automatically). The service is provided "as is" without warranties; we aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tryora's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
